Daud Abubakar Sadik, artiste manager advises musicians on using beef

If there is one thing that has gain notoriety in the Ghanaian music industry, it is the orchestrated feuds and skirmishes that erupt among artistes, popularly known as beefs.

But for Artiste Manager, Daud Abubakar Sadik, using beefs to promote one’s music career has damaging consequences on the musician who uses it.

Speaking on the sidelines of an industry stakeholder conference in Accra, Sadik said beefs have proven to be a way of promoting an artiste, especially when the artiste has a new project coming out. He said the controversy that beefs create on social media alone is enough to boost the promotional strategy of the Artiste and his or her management.
