Eazzy fires back at Richie & Lynx Entertainment for the first and last time

Afrobeats/Hiplife/Afropop artist Eazzy went on a Twitter setting-the-records-right rant last night to clear the air about Lynx Entertainment and herself.

The ‘Power’ artist was cleared unhappy after CEO of Lynx Entertainment, Richie Mensah’s Mum claimed Eazzy left the label because she wanted to participate in Big Brother Africa.

“Eazzy came for a party once and I told her that she broke my heart and she said she was sorry. She wanted to go for Big Brother [Africa].” She said.

In a series of tweets (which she later deleted) Eazzy wanted a stop to any conversation surrounding her departure form Lynx Entertainment.

Her posts got the attention of Richie who stated clearly that “Eazzy and I have no issues. We are actually still really good friends.”

Signed onto Lynx Entertainment in 2009, Eazzy released her first hit song, ‘Bo Wonsem Ma Me’, to great public acceptance. She went on to release her first album Twinkle which had hit songs including ‘Wengeze’ on it.

On Wednesday 25th April, Lynx Entertainment announced in a press release that it had parted ways with the Eazzy by handing her over to ace broadcaster cum designer Kofi Okyere Darko also known as KOD.
