Konadu Agyeman Rawlings finds consolation in Joe Mettle’s ministration at late husbands’ funeral

Though a short 5-minute ministration, Joe Mettle literally proved his mettle

Known to be the evergreen supportive better half of the Late Flt. Lt. Jerry John Rawlings (Rtd.), Madam Konadu Agyeman Rawlings was found in a solemn and reflective mood during the delivery of multiple award-winning gospel act, Joe Mettle.

Though a short 5-minute ministration, Joe Mettle literally proved his mettle by sending edifying chills down the spines of all and sundry gathered at the state burial of one of Ghana’s greatest presidents.

Commencing with his smash hit single, Onwawani, he tactfully switched over from the hopeful message in that song into a thankful tune, Nara.

It was during his well-rehearsed delivery of the last public domain worshipful selection, Oka Me Ho, that broke the camels back into succumbing to the resilient and faith-filled aura that the song communicated through the anointed hoarse vocals of the power-singing crooner.

Hearts were definitely consoled!
