Shatta Wale tops charts in Jamaica with hit single: The Job

Ghana’s current “peace keeping”artiste, Shatta Wale, since the release of his hit banger, “The Job” has topped charts in Jamaica and is currently ranked number 3 on the Top 10 Reggae/Dancehall songs in Jamaica.

The song which was produced by Jamaica-based entertainment firm, KIMS Media House, is surprisingly outshining several big names and hit singles in Jamaica.

The self- acclaimed African Dancehall King is rubbing shoulders with top Jamaican artistes such as Vybz Kartel, Popcaan, Owna Lane, among others.

The Shatta Movement Empire CEO has previously won two awards during the 37th International Reggae and World Music Awards (IRAWMA) in Jamaica.

Shatta Wale outclassed his countrymen Samini and Stonebwoy to win the awards. He won the Best afro-beat entertainer and Best video of the year with his Gringo song.

The awards ceremony was held on May 11, 2019, at the Pegasus Hotel, 82 Knutsford Blvd, Kingston.
