Sarkodie’s appeal for votes a show off?

Renowned Rapper and CEO of Sarkcess Music, Sarkodie, has aired out a video of himself lavishly publicising his laurels with the 21 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards plaques he has accrued over the years.

One cannot help but notice the honorable display of talent acknowledgment since the act hit mainstream success several years ago with a varied plaque design showcasing the consecutive years of winning awards at the VGMA including being a 2-time overall Artiste of the Year.

Contrary to his words in the video, his actions and entire vibe that the video gives suggests a proud braggart trying to suppress the pressure being hurled at him in recent times on his inability to win awards.

The Sark Nation boss further encouraged his fans to vote in the various categories he has been nominated in the 2019 VGMA; Artiste of the Year, Rapper of the Year, Best Collaboration, Hiplife Song of the Year, Hiphop Song of the Year, Hiplife/Hiphop Artiste of the Year and Vodafone Most Popular Song of the Year.

What do you think? Was he being genuine, a braggart or acting out of pressure?
