Ghanaian DJ, DJ Faytex better known in real life as Spendid Samsidinn Kamana-Sirana is rapidly developing a name for himself as one of the finest.
Starting his career mainly within the Ghanaian circles, he developed his skill to entertain a few years ago while playing at parties and small gigs before moving in the bar and club scene in the award winning Vienna Nite Club.
His success in entertaining at the bar have led to numerous large scale events in recent years, including the R2Bees homecoming concert and after parties.
He also features in regular club spots in and around Accra including the hugely popular clubs within such as Twist, Carbon Night Club, Plot 7 and more.
Known for his flair for Afrobeats, DJ Faytex has released many afrobeats mixtapes including the ever popular Afrology series of mixtapes yearly, featuring the latest Afrobeat hits.
His Afrology Volume 2 mixtape was recently nominated at the Official Mixtape Awards 2016 in the category of Best international Mixtape.
DJ Faytex is responsible for club mixes such as ‘I Dey Mad’ by R2Bees, ‘Neke’ by Itz Tiffany, ‘Shashe Wowo’ by Stay Jay as well as many remixes he did for other big players in the scene.
He has already played at many big events such as Face of Legon 2015, Nite with 9ja 2015, Green Carpets Awards, 2131 Party, 2016, Star Grab The Mic (Ghana Brewery Company 2016, Rapperholic Concert(2016), Pentagon Beach Party 2017, Vodafone X concert (2016 and many more.
