Enock Agyin Afram to promote talents in Ghanaian Music industry

One of Ghana’s artiste managers, Enock Agyin Afram, who is working tirelessly to organize a series of musical events to promote Ghanaian music to the outside world has disclosed he will soon organize seminars to upgrade the skills of Ghanaian artists.

Speaking in an interview, he said that for the past years, he has supported number of artists in the creative arts industry and are currently making an impact on the scene.

He stressed that he is committed to nurturing music makers throughout their careers and instituting training programs that would be aimed at sharpening their skills.

Enock Agyin Afram mentioned that the music industry, which has immense potential to contribute to the growth of the country’s economy, has not been given the needed attention by key players as well as the government.

He noted that in some African countries, the industry has over the years become an avenue for creating employment for the stakeholders and the ordinary people.

Outlining some of his plans for the industry, Enock Agyin Afram said “as a stakeholder in the creative arts industry in Ghana, I am working tirelessly to make sure that Ghanaian music wins international recognition. I have already discussed with some music stakeholders who are ready to assist Ghanaian artists to do collaborations with some international music acts in Europe and America”.

He revealed that he would liaise with national and international booking agents to secure gigs for Ghanaian musicians, adding “I will create networks across the globe to pursue the job creation agenda for Ghanaian musicians”.

He however called for unity in the creative industry so that with one voice, they could be heard well by the outside world.
