GRAMMY nominated musician and activist Rocky Dawuni will be live for the first time at the Teragram Ballroom on Thursday, August 16, 2018 with an incredible group of musicians and special guests.

Fresh off his headlining show at Africa Oye’ in Liverpool, UK, the Ghanaian artist is thrilled to bring his signature “Afro Roots” sound back to Los Angeles.

Rocky is currently putting on finishing touches on his much anticipated 7th album entitled “Beats of Zion” which is set to be released in early 2019.

The first single from the album, “Burn One” was recently featured on tastemaker radio station KCRW as their “Top Tune of the Day” and is available for sale now on all platforms.

“Burn One” was also just heard on the TNT hit drama series “Animal Kingdom.”

Another forthcoming track from the album “Let’s Go” is the theme song for Cadbury Canada’s Bicycle Factory Campaign 2018 and the beautiful 360-degree video fro the song has already reached over 1.3 million views!

This was revealed in a post on the artists’ Facebook page;

Reggie Zippy made headlines with his alliance with Bollie by forming a duo known as Reggie ‘n’ Bollie.

Reggie ‘n’ Bollie released their first album together known as ‘Uncommon Favours’as well as a couple of singles including ‘Turn It Up’ and ‘Celebrate’.

UK-based Ghanaian singer, Emmanuel Smith Tali, with the stage name Emmanuel Smith, is soon becoming a choicest contestant in the ongoing ‘The Voice UK’ singing competition.<!–more–>

Emmanuel is a 29-year-old Gospel Music singer from London and  can often be found gigging around the capital. He relocated from Ghana at the age of 13 and has since followed his passion of godly-inspired music.

He shot to the limelight after recently delivering a soul-stirring rendition of Leonard Cohen’s ‘Hallelujah’ hit song during his blind audition at The Voice UK which earned him a full four chair turn.

The Voice 2019 started on Saturday, January 5th and is characterized by contestants taking part in blind auditions and the judges spinning round in their chairs if they want to mentor them.

The judges for this year’s edition  are Olly Murs, Will.I.Am, Jennifer Hudson and Sir Tom Jones
