Music is the surest way to bring people together for reasons they would not do on any regular day. The aphrodisiac that is, music can change the most complex of situations into the best moments.
For an event to be literally hot, music will play a vital role. And when that event happens to be a food event, ha! you can only imagine. In simple terms, having a food event with music as a supporting cast will be an awesome event to experience.
Or wouldn’t it? Food and music – music and food, they both are full of nature’s juices. This is sure to be the reason why QBE Ghana is fusing music to their upcoming event Dansoman Food Festival, a food festival that will dish out good food and good music to tantalising after-effects.
QBE Ghana is an all round events (planning and management) and multimedia company that has its head office in Accra – Ghana. The company handles all aspect of event planning, management, consulting, multimedia services, training and advisory services.
The community of Dansoman is home to lots of high profile music artists (most notably Samini) and plenty budding music talents so with the Dansoman Food Festival having a music feel to it, the attendance is bound to be high.
The food festival will feature performances from artists that will headline it. So as not to turn the food festival into a music concert, the performances will be intermittent. The Dansoman Food Festival is a buffet style food festival open to the general public with the pleasure of enjoying several richly made Ghanaian dishes.
The event will have the favourite dishes from all regions of the country prepared by up and coming Ghanaian catering services. This event was set up mainly based on the theme and objectives of “Ghana at 60”.The event will provide an avenue to enjoy the rich Ghanaian culture (food, drinks and music).
This event has the edge to succeed beyond Dansoman and also to become an annual or biannual event.
The event will take place at the Page Event Center located at the Sakaman junction, Dansoman, on the 21st of September, 2017.
