He has been rising steadily since his debut recording last year and it isn’t surprising that new gospel singer, Seth Diamond, has been nominated in the Best Up-and-Coming Artiste category at the International Achievers Awards (IAA) slated for July 8 in London, United Kingdom.
The former music director of the Central University College started doing commercial music early last year.
He released a video of his current single, My Hour, a few months ago and his nomination is a booster to his career.
This year’s event marks the fifth in the series of the awards scheme and the young man is ready to fly the flag of Ghana high.
“My nomination is a sign that I’m doing something right and it has encouraged me to work harder,” he told Showbiz.
The International Achievers Awards was launched in February 2013 with a view of becoming one of the world’s leading awards ceremony for music, television and films and aspiring young people.
A panel of industry experts nominate and choose the top five acts in each category based on originality, presentation, lyrics, and arrangement.
