The world truly has become a global village and surely, twenty (20) African artistes including Ghana's R2bees would be performing in the famous Wembley Arena in London on the 27th of August 2012 to over 12,000 attendees.
Africa Unplugged Music Festival 2012 will be the first of its kind and will feature 20 Artists and cater to over 12,000 attendees on Bank Holiday 27th of August 2012 at world famous Wembley arena in London.
The event will celebrate the rich diversity that exists within African culture through music, by showcasing the most popular African artists. The artists were selected by the general public through a nationwide on-line voting campaign.
Timi Uncle Lawal, Head of Logistics of ODT Events Ltd who confirmed the event to NY DJ of Kapital Radio disclosed that all is set for the event and acts so far confirmed for the event include: IYANYA from Nigeria, FALLY IPUPA from Congo, SAKORDIE from Ghana, CABO SNOOP from Angola, R2BEES from Ghana, ZAKES BANTWINI from South Africa, CHAMELEONE from Uganda, Femi Kuti from Nigeri and the host Edi Kadi from Congo.
