A reggae night dubbed ‘Sound Kayabash,’ will on Wednesday October 24, rock Alliance Française with a line-up of diverse artistes.

Musicians scheduled to perform at the concert, which serves as a prelude to the annual reggae sound splash festival include Oga Chux, Efya, Bredren B, Blakk Mexxiah, Naija, Shaka and Partan.

Artistes on the bill are set to showcase their own variations of reggae music which are characterized by infectious lyrics that touch on various aspects of life and society in general.

‘Sound Kayabash’ is part of several initiatives geared towards the development and promotion of reggae in Ghana, which has witnessed a dramatic rise in the past few years.

It also intends to create a platform for both established and emerging musicians to showcase their recent artistic creations, which have recently taken the reggae scene in Ghana by storm.

Institut Français and the Alliance Française are supporting the programme being organized by mad Renegade Entertainment.
