Ghana's highlife icon, Paulina Oduro, is expected to put up some pulsating live band performances at Citizen Kofi on Sunday.

This follows series of entertaining activities planned by the exotic centre to celebrate mothers in grand style as part of this year’s Mother’s Day celebrations on Sunday.

Her act is one of the main activities of the day dubbed ‘Mother’s Day Brunch.’

Organisers promised the show would be bigger than previous Mother’s Day ceremonies.

Apart from Paulina Oduro, there will also be some riveting performances from Ofie Ofuatey-Kodjoe. Rising music sensation Efya was earlier named among performers. However Reks Brobber told BEATWAVES yesterday that she was no longer performing.

The show is anticipated to gather a huge number of mothers and families who, besides music and entertainment, will be treated to delightful 3-course menus designed for the day by CK’s Chef. The menu will feature international as well as Ghanaian favourites.

“Patrons are expected to reserve their space for the occasion as seating is limited. The brunch will be available from 1pm until 6pm on Sunday, May 8,” events manager, Reks added.
