Obonu Cultural group tour Ghana

After dazzling cheering fans in Cape Coast during the Fetu Afahye festivities, Obonu Dance Ensemble plan to tour the 10-regions of Ghana.

Renowned for its high energy and extremely expressive dance pieces, the group will perform in several cities and towns while holding dance and drum workshops for students, artistes as well as members of the general public.

Crowned Best Traditional Group for 2005 by the Ghana Music Awards, the group has delighted diverse audiences in several platforms in the  country with stimulating performances that recall the rich traditions of Ghana.

Dubbed “Fire Tour”, the programme is being organized by Anderson & Associates Productions, a colourful organization that works with immense passion and creativity within a global perspective with a vision, which states that “Culture Contributes to Development”, the organization has over the years been involved in activities that showcase the power of culture.
