Akwaaba UK takes azonto to 02 Arena

Come Friday July 13th 2012, currently the most popular Ghanaian music and dance movements, Azonto, will be taken a notch higher as Ghanaian international event powerhouse AKWAABA UK prepares for the biggest night of Azonto in the United Kingdom.

With the hype catching up among several youths and ravers across the United Kingdom, the grand Azonto event scheduled for the 02 Arena (INC Club) inside Greenwich London is expected to attract several thousands of party goers and lovers of Azonto.

The night will be lighted up by performances from Ghana-UK Artistes Fuse ODG, Mista Silva and Kwamz & Flava. Three other celebrated Ghanaian artistes; D- Cryme, Nana Boro and Sonni Balli will also be performing on the night to add to night’s fun and excitement.

Aside the audience getting closer and jamming with their favorite stars, there will be exciting activities to include an all-time Azonto Competition to identify and reward the best Azonto dancers on the night with the wildest movements.

The event will be hosted by SKOB and Gizzmo and will also see a rotation of DJ Nore, Greyman, Chris Vibes, L Dubzy, DJ Blackstar, DJ Teo, DJ Express, DJ Swoosh, Fresh n Funky and DJ Scrther on the DJ set who will be blazing ravers to Azonto music aside Afrobeat, Hiplife, RnB, Funky, Hiphop, Bashment and Old Skool.

Akwaaba UK’s Azonto Party Tour has been one of the most sought after shows in the United Kingdom since its inception from last year. The 02 Arena (INC Club) Azonto Party promises to be interesting as all performing artistes have indicated their preparedness to give a great show.

Also assured on the night aside the all new and fresh Azonto dance movements will be a night of glitz, glamour and ecstasy one cannot afford to be left out. Other surprises on the night will includes special guest DJ’s and Azonto dance groups from Ghana, USA and Europe who will be performing on the night.
