    Samini flies from Canada to launch album today in Accra

    Afro-Reggae singer Samini is presently in town from Toronto Canada to finally launch his fourth album titled C.E.O.

    In an exclusive interview with Samini few hours ago when he arrived, he disclosed to peacefmonline that he left Accra on Thursday October 14 2010 for Canada to relax with his family on a short vacation and to prepare for the big launch in Accra on Saturday October 23, 2010.

    Samini boarded a plane in Canada late Thursday night and touched down at the Kotoka International Airport 1pm this afternoon. This is the first time Samini is going to do an outdoor album launch which according to his manager will be the biggest Samini album launch.

    Samini will take the whole of the capital by storm on Saturday October 23 to officially outdoor his much anticipated fourth album. The day will start off at the Golden Tulip Hotel at exactly 9am, for the media launch, where the media will interact with Samini and have an opportunity to hear the 18-track album song after song.

    After this, the C.E.O. album Signing and Retail tour with the “Sweet Mistake” singer will take off at all the hottest venues in Accra to interact with his fans, sign autographs, take pictures and dance to the new album.

    The first point will be at the forecourt of the MTN office on the Oxford Street in Osu, exactly 12 noon.

    The train then moves to the Melcom Plus building at Industrial Area, North Kaneshie at 2pm. Samini will move with the crew to the Accra Mall, Life style gallery. The day will end at the Aphrodisiac Night club from 10pm till daybreak.

    C.E.O. (Crucial Entertainment Outlaw) album is Samini’s fourth album, after “Dankwansre”, “Samini” and “Dagaati”. The C.E.O. album promises to be Samini’s greatest album yet and features M.I. and Tuface Idibia both from Nigeria, Sonny Bally based in the U.K., Kwaw Kesse, Highlife living legend Pat Thomas, R2bees, among others.

    Samini has been off the scene for while after his successful four city tour in Kumasi, Tamale, Takoradi and Accra. He attended a music college in the UK and spent some time with his wives and kids, but now, the reigning best performer in Africa is back to rock the stages and give his fans a fresh taste of his musical collection.
