Samson K. Techi aka Bosheba (Mr. Shyne) has released another club banger called ‘Yoomo Be Ga’, and the video features actors Kojo Nkansah popularly known as Liwin (Gammiieee) and Kwaku Manu. This is the first time the two comedians have featured together in a musical video.
‘Yoomo Be Ga’, is an Azonto flavored cut with much anticipation of the lyrics on comedy which gives the listeners and viewers quality time to crack their ribs. Its message is simple and straight to the point – everyone has the right to enjoy.
Bosheba (Mr. Shyne) explained to us the choice of bringing on board an actor who few weeks ago was touted as ‘the ugliest act’ in his video, ‘Liwin is in a world of his own, he is extremely the funniest kid on the bloc. And it was just a perfect time to have him do something from the other side and that’s flavoring the video’. The video didn’t just have one comedian but two as Kwaku Manu spiced from the South Pole.
News was that due to his being ugly, he shouldn’t be used in movies since he scares people away, we asked if it was going to bring a negative effect to his video, Bosheba (Mr. Shyne) spoke, ‘we have been in this industry for years now and we also have our strategies. Liwin was made in the image of God and it baffles me when I hear comments like that. I think you need to get closer to him and have a feel of the beautiful talent he’s got. He is a plus to the video’.
For an act who was nominated in 2011 by the Ghana Music Awards for the Music for Development where he slimly lost by the whisker, but was also a proud recipient of the money shared among all, he has gathered a huge fan base via his Bosheba Foundation. A foundation which was set up in 2008, to help carter for the needs and encourage the physically challenged persons in Ghana.
Bosheba (Mr. Shyne) will be embarking on a European Tour as soon as he gets back from Durban, South Africa later in September. Details will be made public by his management.
