Trey Songz has been summoned to perform at this year’s 020 Live 2011 by Vodafone Ghana. Ghana Music.com can confirm that he will be joining acts like 5Five, Stay Jay, Dr. Cryme, VIP, R2Bees and RnM, the R&B prince to perform live on September 20th.
The 020 Live is renowned for being opened by the biggest artists around Africa so Vodafone Ghana also thought it wise to add D’Banj, one of Nigeria’s music acts who will also take the stage.
Trey Songz has delivered some of the most legendary and memorable performances in USA history and Ghanaians’ will be excited to see him grace the Accra International Conference Center, The Dome.
Trey Songz is currently working on his fifth studio album, entitled ‘Chapter 5,’ which he has already proclaimed to be his “best work” yet and his Ghanaian fans will have a feel of it.
The ‘I Invented Sex’ singer has hit songs such as ‘Say Ah’, ‘1st Time’, ‘Bottoms Up’, ‘Cuddy Buddy’, ‘Gotta Go’, ‘Gotta Make It’, ‘Ride’, ‘If It Ain't About Money’, ‘Neighbors Know My Name’, ‘Out of My Head’, ‘I Need A Girl’, ‘Love Faces’ and more.
With the 020 Live 2011 concert just around the corner, Vodafone is encouraging its loyal customers to buy 10GHC Vodafone units to stand a chance of getting a standard ticket worth 50GHC. People who port their mobile numbers to Vodafone are also in position to win standard tickets to the show.
But for now tickets can be purchased at all Vodafone vending shops; Circle, Accra Mall, High Street, Cantoments, Tema and Dansoman for 50GHC (Standard) and 100GHC (VIP). Other outlets are Silverbird Cinema, Airport Shell, Joy FM, Koala Shopping Centre and X Men.
