The just crowned Ghana’s gospel artist of the year, Gifty Osei has apologised to all her fans and Ghanaians in general who according to her may have felt bad by her costume at the just ended Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA).
In an interview with Gifty Osei on Asempa FM, Wednesday, she explained that her intention was not to go nude as some people are saying.
She said “I sincerely apologise to all Ghanaians including my fans for appearing like that on stage, I want to assure them that it will not happen again”.
Osofo Maame Gifty affectionately called continued that she is not discouraged by the feedback she had received from friends as far as their comments are in line with the true Christian faith.
She came out with her first album “Aseda” in the year 2009 where she won the heart of many Ghanaians and has since then appeared in many gospel shows with enthralling performances.
She is married to the head pastor of Blessed Generations Ministry International, Pastor Prince Osei, with two beautiful daughters; Princess Ann Araba Yakoba Osei and Princess Femi Osei.
The contemporary gospel artist explained that she always wants to look good as an appreciation of God’s workmanship.
Gifty promised all her fans to watch out for more dazzling life changing music and performances now that her labour in the Lord has been acknowledged.
