For some years now, popular musicians like Kojo Antwi, Daddy Lumba and more have used the Christmas holidays to present elaborate shows to their music fans. Thus far, the ‘Yes Boss’ tour has become the most important hip-hop inspired tour from D-Black this year.
Ghana Music.com caught up with D-Black who revealed how he's prepared for the final concert.
"Currently I'm on set shooting a video with Mo' Cheddar. Then off to do final rehearsals today. First it was 13 music acts but now the list has grown to 21". he told Ghana Music.com.
This Friday, the Ghana Bwoy will join acts such as D-Black, Dr. Cryme, Dee Moneey, Sarkodie, Stay Jay, R2Bees, Kwaw Kese, Raquel, Trigmatic, X.O Senavoe, Efya, Ayigbe Edem and from Nigeria Duncan Mighty of Obianuju fame the sensational Mo Cheddah and the ladies man Darey.
D-Black plans on giving the crowd what they want and claims he will supply hits from past and present.
"I just want to do all my hits...I'm blessed to have a lot of those, 'cause the point is to have people tuned in and keep their attention and focus on what's really going on the stage. I'll be doing a variety of the hits", he said.
The Yes Boss concert MCs are Jay Foley and Jeremie and the DJs for the nite are has BIG L, DJ Mensa, DJ Phaya and DJ Vision.
