Charter House, organizers of the prestigious MTN Ghana Music Awards Festival, in collaboration with the World Bank Country of Ghana has invited works of Ghanaian musicians who think they are qualified for the ‘Best Music for Development Category’ for this year.

Charter House also noted that the songs for consideration should have the lyrics that address their development issues on areas like ‘Education, Youth Employment, Poverty Reduction, Sanitation, Health, peace and more’. The works of the musicians are expected to be on a CD and also include a music video to back their project.

Last year’s ‘Best Music for Development Category’ was won by Obour for his immense role in the 'Road Safety Campaigns'.
