Sonnie Badu might not have won all of the awards at the just ended Africa Gospel Music Awards 2012 but he certainly came away with the two most prominent categories for a male artist.
Sonnie Badu bagged Trailblazer award and Album of the Year award at the 3rd Africa Music Awards.
For this year's awards ceremony, 23 categories was unveiled which covered the whole spectrum of music and industry related activities such as composition, singing, promotion, media and projects across Africa and the Diaspora.
Sonnie Badu has had strong year so far and will be in Texas on the 14th July for his 'Sonnie Badu Alive' concert.
Cwasi Oteng also snagged the award for Best Music Video award.
