Blitz is one Ghanaian who has been making his country proud anytime he performs.
Sitting backstage in Nyons, France with the Embassy Ensemble, he reminisced about all the shows he has done as he just finished his last show of his tour and the year.
“From rocking Transmusicales in December of 2010 to playing over 130 concerts in about 15 countries in 12 months. This has been amazing and I have to thank my amazing team, Embassy MVMT family, Jakarta Records, Yuma Productions, World Connection, Monterey Agency for the great work. Most of all I have to thank my amazing band members, Syd, Raja, Ezra, Gwen, Stephan, Clemens, Bsatz, Jonathan, Ron, Shaun Kelly, Sunday, Eli, Philip and Ramon for playing every night like it was our last. Our most important achievement this year was taking my family and band to Accra to rock for the first time. This was a dream come true”, he said.
“Thank you Ghana for supporting us and making the dream a reality. I’m working on a new album G(riot). It will be out sometime next year”, he ended.
