The Dome was lit ablaze with the beginning of the Stand Up GH, featuring musicians such as Kaakie, Chemphe, Edem, Kwaw Kese, Rana, Guru, plus Keri Hilson and Bow Wow as the headline attraction.

The show opened late with the Urban life singer, Chemphe. With only two albums under his belt, the singer did his best to kindle the energy of the crowd; a daunting task for an opening act that will be waiting a solid three hours for the main attraction to hit the stage. But Chemphe did a fine job of heating up that stage. Flanked by two BMX stunt biker boys, he gave a sassy, sexy performance.

Kaakie came next on the back of a motor bike as the next onto the stage.  Dancehall songstress, Kaakie songstress was the pure element infused into this night of hiphop/R&B performances. Armed alone on stage, Kaakie rolled out songs like 'Toffee Tongue Pun', Too Much' and 'Ewo'.

Rana laid a good choreographed dance performance which the audience loved so much.

Next came, Buk Bak who also 'wowed' the crowd.

Mzbel was missing in action when she was called on stage by the MCs, James Gardener and Tonto Dikeh, the Nigerian actress.

Kwaw Kese, Edem and Guru’s performance was centered on their hiphop songs, freestyles and azonto songs. They all clanked out crowd-pleasing hits that had the house on its feet.

Bow Wow's DJ and Bow had many fans on their feet. With a minimum of small talk, Bow Wow sailed through his hit songs.  Bow Wow worked the stage well, progressively shedding his clothes to reveal his 'tat' covered arms and six pack . Playful and charming, Bow Wow performed a great set, displaying both musicianship and showmanship and promised to tell Chris Brown and his YMCMB family about Ghana.

It was remarkable how Bow Wow could fill the enormous Dome stage with such intensity and energy by himself.

Once the laser and spot lights come up, the stage setting for the headliner – Keri Hilson was ready.

It was a set that allowed the audience to easily look into the wings; and consequently, it was a stage that was literally ready for anything to happen upon it.

In a long jacket, Keri Hilson took the stage. After performing some few songs, the singer delivered a humble and heartfelt acknowledgment to his thousands of fans present.

Keri Hilson seemed to be having fun and he shared that joy of performing with the audience, who were on their feet the entire time.

Keri Hilson couldn’t leave the stage without doing the azonto dance and the most loved song, 'Knock You Down'.

Stand Up GH was a concert put together by Imajin Advertising.
