He's an MC, a good vocalist and probably the coolest young musician we know (and we know a lot of young guys).
Kingsley Afosah (King), a Ghanaian born UK residence; popularly known as Gizo was born in Accra into the Afosah Family, originally from Kwahu-Bepong in the Eastern region of Ghana.
Gizo was born with a music talent and has always been inspired by Obrafour in the Ghana music industry as a youngster.
He lived life in his early years in Ghana and then moved on to settle in the United Kingdom at the age of 14 years with his father Mr Robert Afosah aka Prosper after completing his junior secondary Education (JSS).
His intention of doing music has always remain stronger and focused until he finally made his first ever studio debut as a recording artist back in 2007 when he was recommended by a friend to Mark Darlington who is a producer and the founder of Black Kulcha Music in London (UK).
It was there he recorded his first every track 'SHODDY' as an artist and has then moved on to record more tracks.
Gizo’s aim of doing music is to entertain and to deliver good message to music listeners and audience.
His message to any young person aiming to do something is, “Believe in yourself and never lose hope as you are who God says you are”.
