Ghanian artist Rhian Benson’s sophomore album, Hands Clean, is due to be released later in 2010. It represents a strong evolution of her unique style and ventures into fresh and bold sonic terrain for the critically acclaimed singer/songwriter.

These confessional tales of love and life represent a new direction for this singular artist as she journeys beyond the ‘Gold Coast’. With the help of Danish rising star production duo, Daniel Fridell and Jonas Rendbo, Rhian has diligently and lovingly cooked up the ingredients for her new album.

The song 'Days Numbered' from Wutah Kobby’s 12-track Selfless Bliss album generally advises against procrastination and people waiting till their days on earth are numbered before deciding  to do the things dear to their hearts.

The song’s lyrics, somehow, subtly point to why the young man, formerly the other half of the Wutah duo,  has decided to move on to a solo career.

Being under the spotlight alone, he claims, is  something he had been dreaming of long before he and Wutah Peevee joined forces as the formidable, award-winning Wutah.

It is refreshing to know that despite the influx of hiplife and hiphop music in Ghana, highlife still rides high as Abdul Majid Baba puts it in his album, “Ebeye Yie”.

What exactly does it mean for a woman to make you feel so “Simple”? Bradez explained it on this song and it seemed to resonate with many Ghanaians since this track from their “Breakthru” album won the Most Popular Song of the Year award at the 2010 Ghana Music Awards.
