Singles and Album Reviewer
What are the songs and albums you like or dislike? Send us a review! Describe and evaluate the music on any CD from Ghana. If we like it, we’ll post it and credit you. Reviews should be between 200 and 400 words and should include the name of the artiste, label, release date, and any other information you think is relevant. You can send us a scanned image of the cover (minimum specifications - 72dpi jpg/png/bmp/gif file, minimum width 640pixels).
Are you a photographic genius? We’re always looking for interesting photos from artistes or concert. If you think you have an interesting photograph of any artiste, or an alternative to a CD cover we’ve posted on our website, send it to us. If we like it, we’ll post it and credit you.
If you’ve got 411 on an artiste, lyrics, album, concerts, etc, that we don’t have, why not do the write up yourself or submit additional information for the ones that we have. We’ll edit and post your writing, and you too can become a famous internet author! We also accept longer features on particular subjects (African Pop / Beat, Traditional, Highlife, Hiplife, Hiphop, Gospel, Reggae, Raglife & Contemporary Ghanaian music) including articles you’ve published elsewhere as long as you own the rights. Just attach a word processing file together with a supporting photo to an email message and send it to us.
Have you seen any great concerts lately? Even if the concert wasn’t great, tell the Ghanaian musical community about it. Tell us the date, location and venue of the concert, and be vivid! You can just say what happened, or you can say what you think was good or bad, but if you make judgments, tell us why. We like specifics. Between 200-500 words is good plus photographs (minimum specifications - 72dpi jpg/png/bmp/gif file, minimum width 640pixels).
We’re always looking for interviews with musicians, both fresh and archival ones so send us what you have.
To get started, you must be at least 18 and have access to the internet. So, go ahead go to the contact page and send us your info and we’ll contact you immediately!
