Chymny Crane is a multi-talented artist, who fuses hiphop music and the message of hope and reality to his listeners. He is fast becoming known for his exhibition of versatility when it comes to rap ‘better than CHYMNY CRANE’.
With his representation of Accra, he was influence in his early days of street battles, which saw him attain the hiphop heights with undisputed performance at the Sprite MCs Africa Ghana, he has created an indelible mark of a new era of a hiphop artist on the minds off many.
As an artist with the ambition to get on the topmost of the hiphop game, Crane still pays his dues to Mother Ghana in pidgen english, Ga and Twi language respectively. Again the use of meaningful metaphors and punch lines is what separates the boys from the men.
David Nana Yaw Darfoor was born in Dansoman, Accra. Chymny relocated to Kwashiman in Accra, 2002 with his family at age 14. He attended Ave Maria and graduated from Achimota Senior High School, he found himself at Institute Of Professional Studies and now pursuing a degree in administration at the University Of Management Studies.
He has worked in radio and music since 2001 and since then has released a lot of singles and controversial hit tracks showcasing his lyrical ability, his personal testimony and commitment to the hiphop industry in Ghana and globally, as well as his production skills.
