BIOGRAPHY
Touted as the ‘Worship Warrior’ by his friends and fans, Minister Atta Boafo is a very passionate gospel minstrel with a soft spot for worship. His experience with music dates back from his childhood days when he decided to follow the footsteps of his parents who were members of their local church choir.
Toward the end of 2005, he released his debut album ‘Wo M’akomamu’ (Within My Heart) and won the hearts of many with his contemporary style and touching lyrics and ever since has been on the high road of ministry winning souls and being a model for the youth.
Currently based in London, Atta Boafo is gradually establishing himself as a unique minister of gospel music with verve for anointed worship. His recently released album ‘Hungry to Worship’ off his Warrior Project is a masterpiece of soulful blend of contemporary worship and praise with added African touch on powerful tracks such us ‘Hungry to Worship’, ‘Most High’, ‘Worship & Adore’, ‘Mehia Wo’ and special rendition of Double of Double.
Winner of Africa Gospel Music Awards 2011’s New Discovery of the Year category, Atta Boafo, sets a fire of constant hunger for worship into our lives having ben beneficiaries of God’s mercy.
