The Ghana Mission in Italy and the Ananseman Playhouse are teaming up with some of the finest artistes from Ghana to organize a dinner/dance to raise funds for Ghanaians who get stranded in Italy.

The dinner/dance is set to take on the 8^th December and will feature performances by Ofori Amponsah, Daasebre Dwamena, Kofi B , Bob Okalla and more surprise artistes.

“Ghana’s Ambassador to Italy, Charles Agyei Amoamah will be launching a welfare fund that will take care of stranded Ghanaians in Italy. To do this, it will be a dinner and dance ceremony that will be coupled with live music”, a high member of the Ananseman Playhouse said.

After the Italy performances, Ofori Amponsah, Daasebre Dwamena, Kofi B , Bob Okalla will be hitting the road; performing several shows in preparation for the Ghana 2008 Africa Cup of Nations which will take place early next year.

Despite busy projects of Ofori Amponsah, Daasebre Dwamena, Kofi B , Bob Okalla, they have has still found time to play a handful of shows from December till next year.

A first batch of Ghanaian artistes such as Shee, Maa Fia and Lucky Mensah, 2 Tee and Bob Okalla were in Club Malibo, Verona to dish out good music as they created awareness for theGhana 2008.

The artistes will be swinging out on Afrique Airlines and the show is been organized by Ananseman Playhouse.
