One of Ghana’s veteran hiplife artistes, T-Blaze, whose songs made a lot of impact on the Ghanaian music scene in the early 90s has announced that all is set for the release of his latest CD album.
His latest, “Edikan Bedi Akyire” featured artistes like Sway, Morris, Nana Yaa and KK Fosu who featured on a hit single, “Made In Ghana”.
The UK-based artiste would soon visit Ghana to launch the album.
After releasing two successful albums, T-Blaze decided to suspend his music career to enable him study music. He studied music technology and composing and music writing skills at the College of North East London.
T-Blaze, who started rapping at the age of 11 was inspired by rappers like Snoop Dogg, Regi and Jonny Blaze. He started recording during his primary and secondary school days at Achimota School and Adisadel College.
His first album was a joint production with Life Line in 1999 and the second was released in 2002, before he teamed up with KK Fosu to release “Dua”. Two of his biggest singles were “Secretary” and “Wosisi Ye Wo Ya”.
T-Blaze recently signed a record deal with Paul of KILLA 1 WEST Productions to distribute his musical works on the global music market.
