Liberia’s sensational talent Timothy Fayah aka FAYA of Mentor III has been on the quite side since his return from the Mentor show took him to stardom among Liberians, Non Ghanaian and Ghanaians. The 22 years old Liberian is currently getting ready to go back to school to finish his senior secondary education and simultaneously study music.
In an exclusive interview with his Liberian brother and Manager Mr. Joseph Boye Cooper at the Buduburam Settlement he explain that the young Liberian is preparing to complete his education and at the sametime study music. Mr. Cooper made it known that the decision to go back to school was a wise one by Faya as he is not yet a star to start to put full concentration on singing. He also disclose that Faya will be sponsored by a Tema based Sachet water company, who are currently using Faya’s picture on their products to sell their water across the country
Faya is currently preparing to undertake a promotional song with a well known Ghanaian artiste he added. Since his return the entire Buduburam Camp atmosphere has been very charged as his return saw the entire Mentor III contestants live in Music Show dubbed “FAYA Party”, where every resident of the Camp came out to see the new icon of unity for Liberian in Ghana.
In a latest development it is alleged that the FAYA is no longer under the management Mr. Cooper as there is a misunderstanding over his winning prize of 20millin from the Mentor III show which was given to him recently, his manager who was expecting the money to be returned to him to settlement debt incurred by them in the promotion during his Stay in the Mentor III house to purchase units to text for him and undertake some works for him; sources at the camp disclosed.
Mr. Cooper has however, presented a press release to the entire Buduburam Settlement on the issue stating his stand and the matter is currently with the Liberian Refugee Welfare Council to look into it and bring an amicable solution between the FAYA and his Manager.

I think it’s a wise decision for the lad to return to school as education is a vital key in the process of rebuilding his shattered nation,Liberia.I would be very imperative because experience has shown that Liberians now need education over stardom. The recent Liberian Presidential elections that ushered in Madam Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf at the healm of affairs in the country over former world best soccer player,George Weah is a case in point.
It’s my hope and belief that the young man’s manager will wisely use the boy’s 20m Ghanaian money to further his education not just at a high school level but at a higher level like University or College.God bless Mama Liberia,God bless Ghana and God bless Africa.Congrats Fayah for being a shinning star in the desert.
