Kofi Nti’s prolonged stay in Europe is stirring more controversy and raising tension within the Ghanaian community in Italy as he is said to be dating the girlfriend of a Hiplife artist there.

Close sources say the ‘rakia man’ snatched Agya Bomofour’s serious girlfriend called Elsa Marshall during his recent trip to Italy with Ofori Amponsah for a concert in Modena.

Agya Bomofour is a fairly known Hiplife artist from Konongo and used to tour with Reggie Zippy and Screw Face.

Sources say Elsa and Kofi Nti were caught red-handed in Rome by the lady’s family members who traveled all the way from Montebello, a suburb of Vicenza, after hearing rumors about Kofi Nti’s love affair with their daughter.

Elsa’s parents were worried about her whereabouts since she left them in the dark about her trip to Rome with Kofi Nti.

Kofi Nti was on his way to Ghana through Rome in the company of his new found lover, Elsa and her friend Hanah. He was as well accompanied by an aide who made sure the love birds had nothing to worry about.

Interestingly, Agya Bomofour has already done the traditional ‘knocking’ in preparation for a grand wedding ceremony and is reportedly in a dilemma as to whether to go ahead with the marriage or not.

Elsa Marshall whose marriage with one Harry Boakye broke apart not too long ago because of her relationship with Agya Bomofour who had then arrived in Italy for a concert is reportedly the talk of the town among Ghanaians in Italy.

Kissenger of Didd Kiss Entertainment, organizers of the show that took Ofori Amponsah and his camp to Italy, ceased Kofi Nti’s passport three weeks ago. It took the intervention of the police for Kofi to get back his passport.

Many members of the Ghanaian community in Italy have taken a dim view of Ghanaian musicians going over to perform in Italy as it mostly ends up in wives and girlfriends being snatched by these stars.

Kofi Nti’s pregnant girlfriend is awaiting his arrival in Ghana before the week ends.
