Shows come and go. Some events are not able to leave memories in the minds of people but this is an exception. Come Saturday August 4, National Council of Ghanaian Associations (NCOGA) will parade over 20 stars on one stage and one venue precisely the Orange County Fair Ground in Middletown NY.
Dubbed Ghanafest (Picnic) , fans will be treated to sizzling tunes from their favourites such as the stage rocking VIP, the ever blazing sexy diva Mzbel, the hiplife destroyer Castro and the finest artiste Bright. From ‘Ahomka Womu’ to ‘My Love’ to ‘Ma Ne Nko’ to ‘16 years’ to ‘E Dey Be’ running through to ‘Toffee’, ‘Back and Front’ and ‘Condom’, what else do you expect?
The sensational Wanlov, the new kid on the block Dicky D, Sexy B-clay, songbird Nana Frehma, artists of Taylor’s Media from Canada, reggae maestro’s Kwesi Selassie and Rascalimu and gospel icons Victoria Mensah, Audrey and Steve Kelly will also turn the place upside down.
Hosted by BDN Productions with Papa Linc holding it down as the MC, the people choice Dj Ronny, Dj Kojak, on the ones and two’s and a side attraction from Ghana’s sexiest actor, Van Vicker, this event will definitely go down in the books of history as one of the biggest GHANAFEST (picnic).

in our wildest dreams is a show like dis gonna happen overhere in tha states.in fact i was @ tha picnic yesterday and it waz nothin’ like u’ve reported.mzbel waz the only artiste in ya list th@ performed.vip waz here last year rather.they claim castro will be here next year.van didn’t show up even though mc kept mentionin’ his name.anywayz,tha show wasn’t bad 2 me but compared 2 ya report,i suppose we should hav had a better time than what we had yesterday. and be4 i leave u people shouldn’t ever try 2 throw dust in no one’s eyes cos’ we kno wat’s happenin’. DAMN!!!
