Debut albums from 5Five and Mframa have all made impressive appearances on most of the major chart shows in and out of Ghana.
Mframa breezed in on a quite note but are one of the newly loved musicians. Their album features appearances from Kwabena Kwabena and K. K. Fosu.
“The album is versatile and is moving on slowly but with time it will catch up. Our fanbase has amazingly grown worldwide. We have more surprises for our fans soon”, their producer recently revealed to Ghana Music.com.
Mframa are well known for their ‘collabo’ with Kwabena Kwabena on the song titled “Filli Gadochi”. The album has production from Appietus, Jay Q, RoRo on record.
Thanks to the success of their hit single, “Afrikan Gurlz,” of the “Ur Luv” album and pairing with Batman Samini on the Appietus compilation with the song “For Better For Worse”.
So far the album has earned them good spots on music charts.
Ghana Music.com recently caught up with the A. Town boys’ producer to talk about their rock star image.
“Our fans have been so nice to us and to show our appreciation we are releasing our CDs this week and it will be on sale for only GH ¢2. It’s an enhance CD with the video of the hit single on it”, he said.

5Five is all that, i have a copy of the cd and i’m in love with especially track 4 & 7. The album is tight! Keep the fire burning. I love u.
BIG UP 5FIVE…….LOVE Y’LL
M.F.R.A.M.A, two of the hottest spittaz ever heard of in the states. I recently visited Ghana hoping that i will bring their new joints for DJs like 14k, sam Q, F’Que but to my surprise that joint was already in NY when i got here like the HIV virus. M’Dubb has officially named mframa the MOST FAMOUS REBELS AROUND MOTHER AFRICA….
As far as 5five, i heard their joint over and over in Accra so by the time i left Ghana i was sick. They are really talented but if they want to emerge to the US and UK they will have to use better rappers with descent skills. When you guys come to New York, you can borrow any of our artists for the right amount of guap…M’Dubb
i hopei top the charts someday…hehe….hiphop on the rise im loving it
big up 5five,ive known popi from a long tym,we come from the same hood and im really proud of him.keep it up cuz,
